The Four ’N Twenty Legends Game for Prostate Cancer is back on Thursday 27 August, uniting some of the biggest names in Australian football all in the name of supporting the Australian Prostate Centre and the legends in everyone’s lives.
One of the most anticipated nights on the football calendar is returning to Marvel Stadium, and once again it is being played for a cause that touches families right across the country.
The Australian Prostate Centre (APC) is proud to again be part of the 2026 Four ’N Twenty Legends Game for Prostate Cancer, as the legends and football’s greatest personalities take the field in a state of origin clash between Victoria and the All Stars in the aim to raise awareness and vital funds for prostate cancer care and research.
The Four ’N Twenty Legends Game for Prostate Cancer will be played on Thursday 27 August at Marvel Stadium, broadcast live and free across the nation on Seven and 7plus Sport from 7pm AEST, with the first bounce at 7.30pm.
It follows an unforgettable return in 2025, when more than 31,000 fans packed Marvel Stadium. The game raised over $1 million for the Australian Prostate Centre, helping fund the care, support and research collaborations that change outcomes for Australian men and their families.
During Tuesday’s launch key recruit Dustin Martin was announced as the number one pick for the Victorian team in what will be one of the most anticipated appearances in Legends Game history. He will be joined in a Victorian side captained by Blues legend Brendan Fevola and coached by AFL great Joel Selwood.
Standing in their way are the All Stars, who have secured the return of 2025 Player of the Match Cyril Rioli, led on field by Shane Crawford and coached by Kane Cornes. With more names still to be announced in the weeks ahead, the full line-up is shaping up to be one to remember.
Celebrating the launch of the 2026 Legends Game, Australian Prostate Centre CEO, Mark Harrison, said "one in five Australian men are expected to be diagnosed with prostate cancer during their lifetime. These are the legends in our lives, and we are incredibly grateful to the football community for once again rallying behind them”
“The Four’N Twenty Legends Game is much more than a football match. It is one of the most important awareness and fundraising events for prostate cancer in Australia.”
Every ticket bought, every donation made and every person who tunes in helps the Australian Prostate Centre keep delivering world-class, integrated care, bringing together leading specialists in diagnosis, treatment and support, and bringing clinical trials to the treatment room that will save lives for generations to come.
